His first shift on the job, and he already tasered someone while making an arrest. Sounds like society might be better off without this cop.
Couldn't even ease into the job, maybe give a couple warnings, help a cat out a tree, help an old lady cross the street first? Actually Get to know the neighborhood he's going to be policing?
