This team is not good. And YES, even when we were losing regular season games with Jimmy resting, we always knew come post season, he was gonna show out. Well now he’s gone, and we suck in the regular season and we will probably get trounced in the post season if we even get in. We are 9th in the east and on a losing streak since Jimmy departure. Wiggins isn’t a lead player, Herro isn’t a lead player and neither is bam. It’s time to tank for Flagg. But hey, at least we got rid of the “malcontent” Jimmy butler.

I mean weren't they going to write off this season after they traded Butler? Cause otherwise it makes no sense. You almost never win a trade when you have to trade your star player and Heat looked mediocre all season long.

It's not in Riley to tank though is it as he is to prideful for that. And last time they tanked in 08 they ended up with Beasley who was the right pick at the time. But he didn't do anything to make them contenders and ended up traded once Bron got there. Knowing Pat he's going to try and figure out a way to add someone there though he has been trying for years at this point.

After what I saw last night in Philly, now that they're in the Tank Race, there's only so far down you can go in the Conference.

Miami, Chicago and BK did way too much already and need luck to move up ahead of the real Tank Commanders down the stretch.

Philly looks like the worse team in the NBA right now with PG and Maxey playing

What is the plan here? Thats all I want to know. Nothing about this is suggesting that there was a clear, realistic vision. Seriously, you went through all that with Jimmy to get Andrew fukking Wiggins? You obviously arent better. You arent worse enough to get the best lotto odds. Wiggs, The Whites, and Bam all getting paid so aint no cap relief coming. So wtf are we doing here?

Only to wish you can have with your bum ass Bulls. :ehh:

And op, it's not happening. That turnaround we had in the 2016-2017 proved we will never outright tank under Spo and Pat.

It’s not happening, breh. We’ve been down this road multiple times. They won’t do it.
Still disgusted with 2016 season with Waiters. :snoop: but it helped me buy in that this is what we do. We don't throw seasons away unless injuries get really bad. So, we're going keep on making it happen and see how things look in 2026. :yeshrug:
