Based on Bruce Prichard's version of the story, no one knew about any of it besides Cokeboy, HBK, HHH and Hebner. Vince isn't talking to the truck since he was out there, and no one in Gorilla had any idea what was going on so it's not surprising the cameras didn't cut away from Bret.
