No way out should be scheduled between Rumble and Mania, and should have either a HIAC, steel cage, war games, or Elimination Chamber main event depending on booking needs. No reason to pigeonhole yourself into having to do either type of match

In the pG era it was mostly a decoration for a regular match

It really did. Vince really b*stardized the concept and then watered it down a lot under the PG era.
