I usually don't post here but I have a question. It's time for the family to go on Vacation and everyone has decided that they want to go to the grand canyon. I heard that Arizona is very :mjpls: so I'm trying to figure where we can go to have a good time with as little nonsense from cacs as possible. Have any of you went to Arizona? Please share your experiences.
we're also thinking of going to vegas.

As someone that lives in Arizona, everyone else is right.

Really Arizona is great if you're really into nature/camping, or the history of the west, which is all kinds of :mjpls:.

That, and it's starting to get hot out here. If you're taking kids, half the vacation might legit be them complaining about the heat.

Stop by the Canyon on your way to do something else, breh.

Stay in Flagstaff. It's college town full of Native Americans, tourist going to the Grand Canyon, and people stopping as the drive cross country. The Grand Canyon was like a 2 hour drive. There's also Williams Jct, which is smaller but more touristy. A train leaves every day from there to the Canyon. It's expensive but it includes the entrance fee.

I've never been to the Northern Rim but I'm sure you can get to that side straight from Vegas. They probably even sell day trips out of Vegas.

I just came back from Vegas. It was coo. The kids had fun, and saw some family. But Vegas is more of an adult themed trip imo
