HELP: How do I set my TV to 1080p / 120 HZ?

Almost no program is running in 120 Hz at the moment, so 60 will used for most of everything
But Yea it depends on the program, and if u play games on that TVs make sure u set it to game mode, if u don't turn on game mode it will try and run the game in 120 Hz when no games uses it yet, and u will get lag

that's not how the TV works tho bruh.
If your TV can do that higher hz shyt, it will do it if you set your TV to do it
You need to give more info about the TV bruh, like a model number.
Then drop that bytch into google, look up the manual if you don't have it

Thats because the tv is 120hz, to compensate for motion blur that happens with LCDs/LEDs
All programming is 50/60hz

you will know its on if you try to watch a movie and it looks like a home made video
We watched a movie last night and it looked great.
It was Jack Reacher. So I guess that's what it is.

it usually defaults as on... some people dont like it and look to turn it off though
