I could be wrong but whenever I see people who say this, they're always eating bullshyt to gain weight.Everybody's body is different, some people legit struggle to gain weighteither they have high metabolisms or get full too fast

Only drink water , no sweets , no salt & do not eat out . Tell your girl to not cook with any salt . They sell seasoning without salt . Walk couple miles everyday . If you can lift weights do it , weights are the best way to lose weight & sweat . Buy a portable sauna . No drinking or smoking fat boy

Thread should just end right here. This is your answer OP ^If I'm being honest don't look at Christmas as your goal. It needs to be a lifestyle change and something you stick to long term. Forget Christmas and just start working on your diet, training and discipline. Drink only water, nothing else and work on high protein in take and cut out sugars and fried food
