Just eat grilled or baked skinless chicken and veggies for dinner. Maybe have eggs and avocado or peanut butter for breakfast. And that’s it.

Then workout for 30+ mins a day, 5 days a week.

I think you know what you have to do. The hard part is being consistent and disciplined.

20lbs is definitely possible, you ain't gonna like it. It's not easy.

Thinking weight cutting for sports. Like when fighters drop down to make weight.

It ain't healthy, it ain't fun, but it is possible.

Only drink water , no sweets , no salt & do not eat out . Tell your girl to not cook with any salt . They sell seasoning without salt . Walk couple miles everyday . If you can lift weights do it , weights are the best way to lose weight & sweat . Buy a portable sauna . Do not eat after 8pm & no drinking or smoking fat boy
Salt is essential
