Ive been working as a temp at this company for 10 months. only missed 2 days in that time span but they were both in the last 2 weeks. My normal commute is an hour to get to work, its been snowing nonstop since last night and this morning its still bad outside. It's also the busiest time of the month for the company and we're severely understaffed plus I dont get paid for off days, but at the same time i aint tryna risk my life for a measly $11.
