Help me find a hobby? Gaming? Martial arts?

Hey i am looking to get a new hobby. I think i would like to get into gaming. I am a thinker so i think i I would like a strategic game to get into. Something like a war game, like in ancient times in which i can maneuver around horse troops, those with spears, arrows, like a general on a battle fields.
Also any other hobbies that can be done by myself ?and that can be done at home,?would also be great, taking suggestions, thanks.

Rosk is good but not with friends shyt gets heated. D&D or Call of Cthulu is fun. I haven't played Warhammer 40k but I know heads who play it.
