I have a job interview coming up and this shyt is a basic ass warehouse job it pays next to nothing but I need something to get me on a path of self sufficiency. Where the fukk do I start ? Its 12.HR and I am going back to school as well this summer to truly better myself . I want a decent office job and health care I am 30 years old and need of sound financial advice .

What steps should I take to get the fukk out of here ? Serious thread advice from the coli bosses is needed . Thanks in advance .

In the bay area the shyt is atrocious for the housing market I really just want to go "home" and be done with this place the coward in me is thinking I should just save my money for a plane ticket and start over

My Short Advice Would Be fukk College, Go To A Technical School And Learn A Trade That Pays Well, It Won't Take You Years. Give Yourself 6 Months To A Year,

Move Somewhere Where Cost Of Living Is Cheaper, Even If It's Out Of State

Good Credit Is ESSENTIAL, If Your shyt Is fukked Up You Better Work On That Now

Get A Studio Apt, Save Your Guap, Follow The 50/30/20 Rule For Saving (Google It)

That Money You Save Can Be A Decent Down Payment On A Humble Little House, Get A Idea Of What You Want And Aim To Save At Least 3-5% For A Down Payment

That Would Be My Plan If I Was In That Situation
