I’m a new business owner in Williamsburg looking for help to get my Alaskan fish taco popup up and running. I’ve successfully run multiple events with help from my friends, and would now like to reach out to the community.

I’m planning to throw my next event this on Saturday, July 19 from 5pm-10pm. I would be looking for someone to help with tasks such as pressing tortillas, assembling and delivering tacos, and cleaning and reusing plates.

This gig is unpaid for now but we plan on giving tacos for all those helping run it!

Similar to what I was thinking.

I mean, when this is the premise that you present your potential worker with, then unless you got a complete fool, then whomever shows up is going to have ulterior motives. If at any point the worker has to handle cash, then you got to know for sure that he's going to pocket some of that for himself.

This employer doesn't respect the worker, so you can't expect any respect back.
