Now I want my speech to have something do with Hip Hop..so I need suggestions for topics I can speak on

SO far only one I have is

Should Hip Hop artists be held responsible for the ills of urban communities?

Its a hard topic to grapple with... I tried once. There is not enough research to make any sort of judgement or argument either way. Granted my assignment was 10 years ago so maybe things have changed.

I think I might just research the Cuba situation and the Jay and Bey controversy or some sht
