Stole Timberlake's Spaceship-Coupe
The latest creation from Houstons Hennessey Performance Engineering that it based on the Cadillac CTS-V boasts a whopping output of 1066 hp and 964 lb-ft. Hennessey designed the vehicle to offer this much power, which is actually double what the stock CTS-V can deliver. To attain this amazing horsepower, it required more than some pulley change or a fast chip-tune. The VR1200 dropped the factory-issue CTS-V twin-screw supercharger and instead, it has 427 cubic inches (7.0 liters) and twin turbochargers. A three-minute video was released by the company. It included a slide show of the various angles taken of the VR1200 as well as a short dyno footage. The soundtrack used was fittingly dark and menacing. Hennessey plans to assemble just 12 of the VR1200 special-edition CTS-V coupes. However, it offers majority of the performance upgrades a la carte for any CTS-V, or most probably a Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 too. This 1200-hp Camaro certainly has enough power to humiliate the 2013 Shelbys 662 hp. But then, Shelby American may just come up with something at the last minute.
I Love the "V"
