I know an older guy who is having problems with his child's mother. They are older she practically begged him for a baby because she's never had one and was entering her 40's. She said that she wouldn't put him on cs, they were going to move in together & everything, she makes more than him (he makes 6 figures, she makes 7), so he believed it. He does take care of his kids, he was taking off of work to watch their baby because her job is demanding (both of their jobs are). He is better than her at taking care of babies because he has other (grown kids). He always paid for everything even though she made more than him. She dumped him, then found out (probably by hacking his phone or tracking his car like she has in the past) that he started dating other women. She stopped letting him see their baby even though he kept asking to see it and now she's putting him on child support as another way to get back at him.

In this situation (this is a different one just to be clear), the baby was a surprise. The mom thought someone else was the father, but he was actually the father. He was taking care of that one too, he was really excited about this baby because he's never had a boy before, only girls.The mom agreed to change the baby's last name from her's to his, but then she decided that she didn't want to. They guy got angry & stopped going to the mom's house (where the baby is). & now she's putting him on cs. He doesn't mind this one putting him on cs because she makes less money than him and isn't doing it out of spite, she's doing it because he stopped seeing the baby.But he doesn't want to be put on cs, he want to see the baby and keep paying for everything like he used to do without being pu on cs. I think the courts will make her change the baby's last name to his last name and he'll be fine after that.

Believe you won't be put on child support, brehs!

Write up an agreement and have her sign it. Then you can sue her if she decides to go to the courts.

"Respondent disappeared for a week", what does that even mean? Father having his son without telling his mother where he is for a few days? Should a father have to tell the mother where he and their child are at all times?

Bruh you're a man and brother at that...YOU can't go against the law of the land..You are the father and yes you're part of the system so you gotta play the game...Man, you dipped out with your lil one for a few days without contact knowing everything aint alright with you and the BM.

I just had to come back and say that I hope you (and your BM) learn from this. Hopefully you eventually get to spend more time with him cause 1 hour every 14 days? geez I can't imagine. I didn't see his first steps. One visit I had he was just running.
