Nahh its not just him i thought i was tripping too but every once in a while the coli moves slow. Doesnt happen often so i dont complain but had to speak up didnt want op looking crazy when i know its happen to me . Not just on my pc but on my phone as well.

the message board software does automated tasks in the background throughout the day, sometimes those up the server load and if theres a lot of members on at one of those times then it could slow down until the task is completed
