Brad was a better coach than Casey in the preseason, regular season, Playoffs, etc. He was better at Butler than Casey was in the league. There are no circumstances that justify him getting the award over Brad.

Especially considering Casey had a healthy team all year that had an established core, while Brad was dealing with a completely new team that was decimated with injuries. And their records were virtually the same.

Who projected the Celtics to win 55 after the Hayward injury? There were people talking about how they'd struggle to get into the Playoffs. On top of that Kyrie missed about 20 games. Who else is winning 55 games with your two best players missing 100+ games? And starting a rookie and a 2nd year player as well? With 4 rookies in the rotation? Brad did a better coaching job than Dwane, man. And if he doesn't get the award it's highway robbery.
