I'll never forget the first time I heard them many years ago. I heard "swamp thing". Then I listened to their whole album online. This whole time I had no idea what they looked like. So maybe a week later I went on youtube looking for live performances but I kept getting videos this white band with a singer looking like she was the lead singer of a grunge group. I kept wondering, "why the fukk does this band keep covering Hiatus Kaiyote and why is it the only thing popping up" until I googled them and found that it was the actual group. I swear to God that's exactly how it happened.
