Retardation at its finest. Wonder what those grades looking like or future prospects? This prom culture and stunting shyt is getting out of hand. Focused on the wrong stuff. Everyone wanna look like rappers and celebrities. Get back to reality :snoop:

...I feel like HS I went to somebody would have taken that shyt, I ain't even acting like it would have been one of the students, but all it would have taken was a :gladbron:"Mom, Dad, this kid showed up with a 100k to prom" and before that phone call even ended somebody uncle or cousin would have been up in that bytch coming to get that

my bad, it just makes me cringe because my ultimate goal financially is to save up enough money that i can live off the monthly interest and not have to work.
I don't want to paper chase. I want the paper to chase me
I hear you. Question, how does the money grow in the high yield savings account if you are spending the interest?

The idea is to grow the money until you have enough to principle to live off of permanently. Once the principle is high enough for the interest alone to support your lifestyle, you are all set. Any further growth will just be from not spending all of the interest every month. but further growth isn't required because you are already set for life off the original principal amounts interest. If the interest starts to not be enough you have to go back to work and build more principle. You are growing only until it becomes self sustaining.
