I think we gotta seperate by looks with black women. I know some black women who have it very easy because of their looks.
A beautiful black woman can climb the social ranks like no other IMO. Maybe not professionally in a corporate setting but the power of just being very attractive gives an insane edge. Unfortunately its not a normal thing.

Black women aren't seen as a threat.
They don't face as much oppression.
Lot of companies like to hire black women and gays cuz they get two minorities rolled into one.
When it comes to finding jobs black women def have it easier then black men.

They face some issues too just cuz if black men are being oppressed our women face oppression by default.

but like I said professionally prolly not easier. But they can create a whole new job lane in entertainment for women. i'd love to see more women take the Public Relations route, or any avenue where they can use their sex appeal to propel them rather than use their looks for a check.
I am open to being wrong tho, maybe even misogynist. But I love black women, I just know as a black man, there isnt much I can do to prevent being seen as a threat. Unless I completely emasculate myself.
