Doesn't really tell us much about Trump's position, but nevertheless, it's pretty obvious except to Congresspersons lining their pockets with lobbyist money that incarceration rates are entirely too high and disproportionately affect minorities. When it costs tens of thousands of dollars per year to incarcerate an inmate, you'd think that money could be better spent on their personal development, leading to contributing members of society.

It'll never happen from either of these candidates, but we really just need to legalize drugs and that'll clear up a whole lot of room.

trump did say he dont want teen to go to jail for weed but i like how hilary want to take milatary weapons from local police and put more money in the department of justice so they can do better investigations
