She didn't take aim at anything. She's talking about how to insure and protect workers who take part in the "gig economy" so they don't get taken advantage of and end up broke with no health insurance and no retirement plan.

If she was bashing those companies full stop, she's wrong. There is nothing wrong with these types of jobs. But when people increasingly have to take on those side jobs because the billionaire corporations who employ them don't pay them a wage that they can afford to live on with the ever rising cost of living, there's a problem with the economy.
