I know, she won the popular vote. We all know these elections come down to the "battleground states" and the angry cacs that live in them. I remember '08 and '12. I remember the "Rednecks for Obama" and "White Guys for Obama" signs. I remember some blue collar guys in shops across the country going "You know... I think I'll vote for Obama. He's alright."

None of that happened with Hillary this time and it's because she did not even try to get that vote. Never once during this entire campaign did Hillary lift a finger to get that particular vote, which she desperately needed. Her supporters labelled anyone who mentioned this issue "Bernie Bros."

If I'm wrong, please show me. But to my recollection, it was obvious that she needed support from those white guys in Pennsylvania and she didn't even try to get it.

The DNC ensured her they would take care of Sanders (which they did).

Then simply sat back on some knowing the voter turnout for Trump wouldn't be that strong (which it wasn't), and totally ignored Obama's base. And I say Obama because people who voted for Obama in the 2008 primaries voted against her. So again. Just like in 2008 where she though her coalition and supporters were stronger than Obama's, she ran the exact same platform and lost.
