But the whole narrative before the 2016 election was the Dems had a much better data operation then Repubs, and that it was Trump who had the unorganized, unprofessional campaign.

All I heard about was Trump not having enough field offices and no ground game.

I thought the guy in charge of Data for the DNC was too busy leaking e-mails to do his job.
