I will go first.
How get you first get into Hip Hop ? primary school in the uk, nwa casettes were dealt out.. I think it was the explicit lyrics.. it was wrong to listen to it.. so we did. From there, I got into breakdancing.. listening to native tounges... then started waching Yo! and buying lots of West Coast cd's and tapes, then when Southernplayalystic dropped, I started buying an incredible amount of music from the South
How Long Have You Been Listening To Hip Hop ? Properly since about 1992. School didnt count...but dont get me wrong, I listen to a wide variety of music, even soft rock and folk.
Do you have any intesting things to say about hiphop and you ? I own more Dangerous Crew and Dungeon Family cd's than 99% of the planet.
Even though I'm from the UK, I've seen quite alot from a hiphop perspective and will go some from a knowledge perspective.
Truthfully at this point, because I DJ, I still listen to everything, but I cant relate or agree with 90% of whats coming out right now lyrically. Not when hiphio is such and superpower and coud do such good for communities.
How many hiphop cd's and albums do you own ?
CD's over 800 / Casettes 100+ / More recent.. everything.
Whats your fave hiphop album ever ? Too $hort - Get In Where You Fit In, (then Rhythmalism, All Eyes On Me, Aquemini, ATLiens, Soul Food, Still Standing)
Who is your fave hiphop producer ? DJ Quik (just about.. he's getting a bit inconsistent now) Then Timbo.
Who is your fave artist (all time) ? Maybe at this point Andre 3000 as I dont think anybody else puts more into their lyrics (although re Lyrics.. Nas is up there with consistency too)
Who is your fave current artist ? Kanye West (although I didnt care for Yesus at all)
Which not talked about artist / group would you recomend ? Eightball and MJG pre badboy contract. Father Dom for flow..
Which album would you recommend ? Bubba Sparxx - Deliverance.
Who is our fave group? Outkast
Whats the best live hiphop show you have been to ? Kanye West (O2 London) - just as Heartbreaks was coming out

Atlanta (Buckhead) in 2002 was perfect. 112, Visions.. Open until 6am...
