Course they did, Big L was a great MC who would have gone on to make many dope albums and also being a part of D.I.T.C, also if he was about to sign to Jay, an artist with that skill could have greatly helped the course of Hip Hop. And Dilla is an obvious 1 as he would have kept on making great music.

Biggie, mostly because Jay Z decided to water down and half ass his music shortly after, that lack of competition turned him into a generic industry rapper constantly trynna find the next trend to shark. Normally I don't care for sellout rappers since most of them are talentless to begin with but Jay had mad potential so Ive been salty ever since
