Oh I was thinking more like Zumba classes this is much better.

It is like slow motion and extrapolating all the moves from martial arts. I reckon if you know a little bit of what you are supposed to be doing with QI then this is something you can do individually at the comfort of your own space. I like this a lot just wondering on the required time you need to get a good dosage of endorphins, burn calories and get your health and mind right.

Ultimately people say an early morning run or late night run does wonders for all that and especially mentally but I just can't get with running in public even some parks around me I might try in the winter when its less packed but they are letting dogs loose and the new breed of choice here is the American XL Bully :wow:

Oh for sure you can do this anywhere, just preferably without distraction, but even then I would be practicing while I took my kids to the park which is cool because then kids might get interested in what you're doing.

As for the bold there are no strict guidelines, but it's better to do a little every day, even 3-5 minutes once or twice a day than to try to make some grandiose commitment to doing 30 minutes to an hour a day. I started out that way for a month as a challenge, crazy results initially but I would have been better off just making it an every day thing in small chunks of time and working my way up to longer routines, more moves ect.

I like to pick a song I like and just flow with it, I don't care if I'm cooking or cleaning, I'll take a short break just to create some movement.

That's nice. I think your advise works best in the fact I should stick to sustainable goals like 5 minute sessions until I naturally evolve more.

I like there is a positive influence in pursuing meditation and all forms of mental health and wellbeing. I want to begin meditating and since I have been looking at a lot of Michael Jai White online tutorials I can slow some of that right down to a QI like balance.

:salute:

I’m bout to start Pilates

I had to look it up a little bit. So you going to be going to the gym for all that?

Seems like a lot of endurance work, good luck with that. Personally I am not overly fond of the modern gym environment.

If it had a specific niche class in there like Pilates, Jujitsu, QI, or something then that could work but I am stuck in my old familiar ways.

I respect that big step there.

what a goofy picture:pachaha:

Hov living life lol.
