What's a dumb statement, I'm from the bay also lived in LA for 2 years and constantly back and forth.

I can tell things have changed in the bay especially over the last 4 years, SF is not filled with Latinos like it use to be in so a democratic win is no garentee...Remember cali has a history of Republican governors (Regan, Arnold, wilson) and trust me, cali is no greentree.

By the way, those inland city's like walnut Creek, Concord, Livermore, Riverside are not poor white city, there property is just as expensive as living in LA or the Bay withe exception of SF, so don't discredit them I live in brentwood/oakley there far from poor and they all vote.

Part of statement is true, but Tavis smiley made had a interesting respond when posed with that statement.

Before the arrival of illegal immigrants AL'S were treated like sh#t, there no garentee if illegals are deported that our treatment will improve....example " affirmative action" was intended to help black people but in actuality blacks benefited the least and white women benefited the most.
