I thought blacks in America were already doing that on some social levels. I remember this Persian guy saying his cousin went to California from Canada and immediately went to hang out and blend in with the black people like he did in Canada, but he complained that black people therei were like to any non blk. He said he thought they were all minorities together.

I guess it depends on where and who you talk to.
