On some real shyt. When i go out, i usually hit H street NE if i wanna chill. There or U street. You got lounges, hookah spots, food and bars at either of these locations

Big chief is cool on Friday’s. More of a lounge for the >30 crowd.

The Park at 14th is more for the older crowed late 20s and up

It's a club on 46th and Benning Road called Simple City. It's considered the locus point for black nightlife. Marvin Gaye used to visit there. Hell from the 1960s until the mid 2000s the police even visited that spot heavily .I hear it's to die for
