Great idea. Lowlife MFers who don't have the common courtesy to curb/scoop their dogs need to be identified and fined.
pisses me off how dog owners just let their dogs roam freely to pee and shyt on other ppl’s lawns/property…sure you can pick the shyt up but there’s still gonna be some germs and shyt left behind…kinda gross if someone has kids and they like to play in the yard…what irks me is these ppl have their own backyards and lawns where their fukking dogs can roam and shyt…anyway I haven’t had to put up with this shyt in years but the thought of it still pisses me off…totally approve of the policy.
Someone needs to change the playbook at halftime because #CatSet trying to run up the score.
