If Hocus 45 is smart, he can flip this movement into a federally funded non profit. Travel the country being the face of anti gang and get some money in his pockets at the same time.
He can but, he not travelling to Cali with that.
That "Drop Your Flag" is some NY nonsense.
Eradicate all gang members, please. Tell on them, make them drop their flags along with the lifestyle, do whatever you gotta do…but do something to deter the evil. Dumb people stay trying to make bad people the good guys, dumb people are the worst people on earth

Well Hocus did specify that it's aimed at NYC. He said to give it back to LA as if Blood/Crip shouldn't be a NYC thing anymore.
But LA does have Urban Peace Academy and Homeboys Industries gang intervention programs. That's what I was referring to if he were to make a trip to LA. I can see him bringing that message there.
