A brand such as Lesnar`s needs to be preserved for special occasions.

That's why whenever he has a match it's a big fight feel revolving around the title belt & that's what separate a guy like him & guy like jinder.

Every week isn't necessary sure, but the champ needs yo be there for the majority of ppv's or he doesn't need the belt, which Brock doesn't at this point, other than the absentee title I don't mind him being there sporadically

I can see that perspective. All the reason that he should never be champion. The promotion isn’t supposed to function without the title belt, and if the champion fukks off for 2-3 months at a time, that’s a major plot device. If he’s gone and they tap dance around mentioning him and they move on, belt isn’t so important

Same as Del Rio having to win the belt for a Mexico tour, which meant he took the title off Punk during the Summer Of Punk angle (that went downhill immediately after it as it lead to the HHH/Nash angle ) and it didn't mean shyt for ticket sells.

All they had to was give Del Rio a interim belt for that Tour. If it's good enough for Boxing and MMA, surely good enough for sports entertainment.
