You just can't walk out of a contract I'm pretty sure Suge had to holla at Jimmy to let Dre go but that contract said "Dr Dre leaves with nothing" lol

yeah, i just find it interestin' that suge really was fed up with dre and just didn't even care about tryin' to keep him on the label no more
but with that said, it makes sense. like michel'le said, pac came in with a tireless work ethic and was bout puttin' in work in the studio
i get that dre didn't wanna be in the studio with a bunch of bullshyt goin' on, but dre had gotten lazy and won't doin' much of anythin' no more

you never hear this part of the story but i believe michel'le the most out of almost of everyone who's been on the label or affilated with the label

i bet she got stories for days bout both death row and ruthless records

IDK about this. But Pac did make the same comment back in the day though. Something along the lines of "Suge wanted Dre out. I couldn't say nothing because he was the Don, I'm just a capo"
