Holding a controller backwards

Just realized if you hold a playstation controller backwards, you can use your thumbs on the R/L buttons and have two+ fingers for the face buttons/joysticks. maybe i'm just too high but this seems like a good idea, gonna have to test it

They actually have modified controllers that work similar to what you described. Some people say it's easier. I couldn't do it though.
