Got a feeling we are going to see more and more of this from some of these concealed carry nuts trying to take justice into their own hands :snoop:

Race of shooter has not been stated yet :mjpls:
A concealed-carry license holder is now cooperating with police after she opened fire on a shoplifter who was fleeing a Home Depot on Tuesday afternoon, Auburn Hills Police said.

The shooting happened in the store’s parking lot at around 2 p.m., when Home Depot security was chasing a shoplifter in his 40s who jumped into a waiting dark SUV, said Lt. Jill McDonnell, an Auburn Hills police spokeswoman.

But when the SUV began to pull away, a 48-year-old woman suddenly began firing shots at the fleeing vehicle. The vehicle escaped – but possibly has a flat tire, McDonnell said.

The woman who fired the shots has a license to carry a firearm and is cooperating with police.

It’s not clear whether the woman would face charges in the incident.

The Home Depot, located on Joslyn, is part of a retail district with hundreds of stores in the area.

The shooting comes just weeks after a bank customer in Warren opened fire on an armed robber, causing him to collapse from injuries. It’s not yet clear whether that man will face charges, either.

Second Article...Mentions race of victims
AURBURN HILLS, Mich. (WXYZ) - Auburn Hills police are investigating after shots were fired outside the Home Depot on Joslyn Road.

Police say a customer witnessed two suspected shoplifters leaving the store and fired shots at their SUV.

Police say the customer does have a concealed weapons license. Officers say she did shoot out one of the tires on the SUV.

It is not known if she will face charges in the incident.

The shoplifting suspects are described at a white man, between 40 and 50-years-old, wearing a black t-shirt with yellow writing and a black baseball cap, and an African American man, who is about 40-years-old.

We are told a loss prevention officer ran after the first suspect as he left the store. Police say the suspect stole an unknown amount of merchandise.

The second suspect was waiting in a small, black SUV.

If you have an information on their current location, you are asked to contact Auburn Hills police.

Never understood why people care so much about shoplifters. If I seen someone stealing from a home Depot or walmart, it ain't none of my business. Let the store deal with that shyt. It's all insured anyway. fukking wannabe cops.

Even as a worker your aren't suppose to run after them or touch them. The company is liable for a lawsuit when that happens. When I worked at best buy I didn't give a fukk if people stole shyt.
