Property taxes. I inherited the house we're in so they're still relatively low, but coughing up $2k every six months is no fun.

Imagine not having to paying rent or a mortgage but complaining about paying $350 a month for taxes

i got a mortgage too. The tax rate is lower than it would have been since it’s based on the assessed value from 1995.

Water/Sewage/Trash are combined, and shyt feels like it's shared amongst all the tenants in my complex. I can go on vacation for damn near a month and still pay as much, if not more, than any other month.

I got 2 air condition units and 2 furnaces...last winter my furnace went out. Repair was $1300. To replace either furnace is 6-8k. I stack just in case...
