Best budget home theater speakers of 2015

Home theater sound requires matching speakers for the best experience, but finding complementary individual speakers can be a pain--especially in the wallet. Complete home theater speaker packages take out the guesswork since they include a full set of matching surround speakers. Pair any of these speaker sets with a good AV receiver and Blu-ray player, and you'll have a home theater system that's a step above all-in-one HTIBs. If you're looking for something else, you can also check out our list of the best speakers overall.

Not sure if this is already a thread (If so I apologize and would ask the mods to merge it).
I've been doing a bit of research into Home Theatre systems with a rough budget of about $500. I have a 55" Samsung HDTV and I need the audio to compliment the visual experience.
Before anyone goes suggesting sound bars and VSS solutions, what I'm looking into is a full 5.1 surround sound set up. So far the Pioneer SP-PK52FS in the op are the ones that have interested me the most.
In the long run I plan on building some more sound proof panels that I use in my studio and putting several of them in the living room.

What I did was buy this.

Got it at Best Buy open box for about $500 and I plugged up a couple bookshelf speakers to it. Later I added the fronts and moved the bookshelfs to the rear and after that I added a sub. I hardy ever use the system because I live in an apartment right now so only during prime hours on a movie or game but I do have a complete 5.1 system when I move out which I plan to within a year,

I normally use this

It's way easier on my neighbors.

That's a bit more than I would like to spend for a receiver alone.

My parents have this receiver and it works very well with their set up so I'm a fan.

Based on your current list, I'd recommend the Pioneer first and the $399 Fluance second, though it lacks a powered subwoofer. If you already have an AV receiver, you'd be all set for a solid setup. I'd also recommend at least 16 gauge speaker wires and, if you don't already have a receiver with automatic calibration, a SPL meter.

My bad I got mine for the multi HDMI out so I could have two TVs plugged up at once.

I went the same route a couple of years back as in buying a reciever, then upgrading the speakers as the years went on. Only thing I've been having a problem with is the hdmi cards in my reciever keep taking a shyt on me almost every 2 years on the dot.

I started with a onkyo set which was a great starter set for someone looking into getting into home theater.

This was my last purchase as far as revicers

My living room is very open. There's a loft right above it. Size is about...17x10 roughly.

Yea ,you definitely need a good system.

If I was you I wouldn't go cheap on the receiver. Just spend the money now because as soon as your ears get adjusted you going want to upgrade. Its addicting...I learned that the expensive way
