Just curious what vegetables y’all have planted or are planning to plant this season...?

We’re currently growing a couple of varieties of tomatoes. Will add cucumber and bell peppers this weekend.

Growing some heirloom tomatoes, green beans, varieties of peppers.

4 varieties of tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, and green beans

Also have basil, thyme, rosemary, cilantro, and lavender.

I’m considering doing potatoes in a container.
Have y’all grown from seeds or starter plants?
I’ve been growing from starter plants but next year looking to take that leap to seeds.

This is my first year trying to grow shyt. I just got a tiny ass chicago patio. Jalapenos, Serranos, Thai Chilis, cilantro, basil.

Also watched a YT video were a dude planted old green onions in a pot. I tried that shyt and it works :russ:

Been watching this dude's videos. Got me wanting to move to the subrubs and plant some fruit trees (not really)

Grew my tomatoes from seed, they’re strong and healthy. Just started the green beans from seed, hope they’ll be breaking dirt by next week. The others a friend gave me as starter plants, they were kinda in rough shape. I’m hoping with my tlc that they’ll thrive.

I prefer growing from seed because I know exactly what exactly they been through. Unfortunately I didn’t have any space to start the peppers myself.

Did the square foot garden last year.
Squash
Spinach
Carrots
Cucumbers

The turnout wasnt bad but I think I had my hopes too high. I also used a planter box vs into the earth so the root veggies werent as big as I had hoped.

I grew some pinto and lima beans this year as part of my daughters stem project. Turnout was great

I grew the green beans and cucumbers from seed straight into the ground. In the past I grew tomatoes from placing a tomato slice shallow in the dirt, and doing my own seedlings.

But this year, I wasn’t patient, so I just bought the tomato plants.

I want to try a grafting experiment with reaper and scorpion peppers. I just haven't made the time yet. I have too much pepper sauce as it is.
