It's only a good decision if you strip all emotion out of buying a house, and crunch the numbers, and consider likely cost over the 30 years relative to your pocket.

But if you're one of those who bought into the "your home is an investment", "if you don't buy a house right now you being left behind" talk and other hotepconomist babble, it's likely you'd be regretting your decision to buy your home.

Got ours at the perfect time :blessed:

Moved in to our brand new home in 2021 it was appraised at over 75k what we paid right before moved in. Great investment.

Skip a book, find a breh you trust who is dialed-in financially and pick his brain.
