I am assuming homeless dude is of sound mind. He should use the money live well, attend school, make plans, start a biz, invest wisely. If homeless man is paranoid schizophrenia w/o a guardian, then it is ALL money BLOWN. He has a finite x == # of lucid days between now & his death. I am not sure that money or meds or prayers or treatment will get him any more lucid days than x. *shrug*

The woman who owns that e-ring should put it in a safety deposit box at the bank. She gives no fukks about the ring. Why leave it lying around? Put it in safe keeping for the next generation.
