I was poking around on the county website to see if they have any hardship programs in place for property taxes. Those fools are letting you pay late, no minimum, 12% interest though for your unpaid balance

Sorry gov, I ain't got it.

I think our county waved late fees and gave a payment plan option(there usually is anyways)

that 12% they're talking about his shameful

fortunately i haven't had any hardship and currently paying everything i owe. 12% interest is a non-starter for me. 4 is the highest i have right now.

If you have an FHA loan you can get like 6 months forbearance I believe if you're out of a job etc.
