Gay or not , Channel Orange was one of Top 5 Albums in 2012

No it wasn't. His vocals are nice but too shaky. his production is very hit or miss. I'm pretty sure he has hit the piniacle of his career... The Weeknd and Miguel's recent projects have much more creative and innovative.

:what: bull fukking shyt. the production was spot on and the content is sick. Dude sings about being a pimp, a crackhead, a drugdealer, a ninja, and a whole bunch of other shyt. not to mention he falls off a roof and dies in one of the songs. 'super rich kids' alone creatively shyts on most modern* rnb productions and lyrics.

Nope. I think channel is a good album not a great one. Not even top 10 for that year. He has a problem being with his energy and many beats overpower his voice. It's enough to seriously question the strength of his vocals. He either has underdeveloped or overproduced production. The only reason I can't write him off is he does put off a few gems "thinking bout u" "monk"

Tbh his career has already plateau if your praising his 1st very uneven album.

lmao. his career is not in putting out solo albums. i dont think he has the greatest voice ever (especially live) but the harmonies and composition on this album are impressive. Clearly we're looking for a different sound because those 2 tracks are probably the most skipped on my playlist for Frank.
