Honest question: What are people doing to combat out in the open racism?

I'm not asking for advice. I'm asking for answers. I don't live in an out in the open racist city so I have to sift through the micro-agressions and bull shyt and cops don't even look at me up here.

So I'm wondering what the folks who live in the places where they enjoy their racism out in the open what are your responses. I'm not talking about 1 to 1 I'm talking about racism that effects entire voting districts and communities or even whole states i.e. policy

In general, community responses are what matters. White MFers are who they are, who they've always been.

Create or build up existing institutions and networks, gather resources. So that you can protect your interests and either influence political decisions or lessen the impacts of laws and rulings against your community.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Chicago woman who quit J.B. Pritzer's campaign over racially insensitive comments he made is speaking out. Pritzker's comments were caught on FBI recordings and are making race a significant issue in the Democratic primary.

One week ago, Pritzker came under fire for disparaging comments about Secretary of State Jesse White and former Senate President Emil Jones. The next day, one of Pritzker's campaign workers resigned in protest. Now, she's talking about that decision and why she had to make it.

This lady quit her job.. These other nikkas voted him back in.

One of his employees quit her job when it happened.. Black people voting him back in after it happened. It was a audio of him and another former governor talking bad about black elected officials. Everyone heard it. They turned a blind eye to the comments because they didn't want a republican governor.
