The real question is: does any region have a classic album since GRODT? LOL at singling out NY. They're still far and away the closest to having actual classics since 2000. Those first two Sean Price albums aren't classics but they're definitely good albums. The other regions don't even have good albums. A lot of forced classics though, depending on coastal insecurity level.
