Honestly man, it's kinda sad how SOHH turned out

There are times I listen to an album from that era and think back to how the forum reacted when the album first dropped, or when a new dope artist was discovered.

Times I think back to past sporting events and news stories and again think back to how the forum discussed it

The Rec Room when the Wire season 5 was on.

fukkery from the ladies room. Etc etc

It's a shame we can't go back and revisit all that stuff cause honestly yall nikkas put me up on a lot of knowledge, news, new forms of media and all sorts of things. Growing up I was very secluded and stayed on my brother's laptop all day after school just surfing the forum, SI, Datpiff and CBS sports. It'd be nice to be able to have that archive but shyt happens i guess.

I think even in the later years it had more classic threads than the coli but overall the coli is a better forum than SOHH ever been (been on SOHH since 2008 or 2007.. awhile before the 4**** attack)

just to give an example, I just have yet to see a thread be creative like the young jeezy making a movie titantic thread

no thread has ever hanged out the coupe lettin it ride sideways

it was never the same after the war. i joined in 07 too. a lot of marquee posters did i've noticed that 2007-2010 was the golden era
