"Hoppers" Disney/Pixar out today

What if you could talk to animals and understand what they're saying? This was the most satisfied I felt with a Pixar film in a long time. Probably since Soul. Most fun since Turning Red. I still don't know how I feel about this animation style, but I do know that it worked here.

Meryl Streep getting squashed took me completely by surprise. That shyt had the entire theater rolling.

Lots of laughs, but the flick gets unnerving, too. That whole sequence with Titus coc00ning felt like an ode to the Cronenberg body horror of the yesteryears. I like when Pixar gets bold like that.

This gave me some wild robot vibes....this was dope...didnt realize until then end the professor was Peggy hill until that trademark Peggy hill yell of enthusiasm

saw this with my nephews. was a lot better than i thought it was gonna be. i really liked mabels back and forth with the mayor. when titus was transforming into a butterfly would have him looking like heimlich from a bugs life, instead he looked like his mom, which was kinda wasted effort to me.

Pixar finally decided to go back to its roots and take a chance. I went on the strength of double toasteds review. Took my nieces and nephew. It was a such a roller-coaster of a film. It gave open season, over the hedge setting type of feel. Meets invasion of the body snatchers, the arrival, jaws and the birds type of horror. Movie was so intense at times i couldn't believe this was a Disney movie. It was a fun movie. Main character mabel definitely grew on me. But the beaver king is my dawg. By far my favorite. 9/10.

Decent movie. Mabel turned me off the minute she went on a brother at the beginning. The movie tried too hard to hit the "Wild Robot" high notes with animal kingdom. Some stuff felt like a repeat of Wild Robot. Just didn't work. The weirdness and sci-fi horror stuff was cool. But the voice actors didnt stand out to me enough. I sure it will get a sequel.

Saw this movie a couple of days back. It's an enjoyable movie.
