This game is so frigging good. Playing it for the first time on PS5 Pro. I can't put the game down. I used to talk shyt about this game because it came out the same time as Breath of the Wild. Also there was a physics comparison video that roasted this game. The physics in Breath of the Wild are still better.
This game seems to be trap and bow and arrow focused. They don't give you more melee weapons. That actually pissed me off. I can't retrieve my arrows like in BotW also pissed me off.
However, everything else about the game is so good it actually overshadows my pet peeves. The presentation and level design. The character interactions and hunter/scavenging aspect is great. I didn't realize how heavy this leaned into Native American culture but that's cool. Feels white-washed due to the main character but I've grown to respect her.
If this game is as good as it is now, I will probably be really pleased with Forbidden West.

Gameplay wise and side mission wise, you will as they manage to make it even more fun to play and fix the repetitive and boring aspect of side quests.

Take out the pieces on the middle of the wings first. Then it can’t use some of it’s attacks.

I remember in HZD the best way was to use the ropecaster gun so you can bring the Stormbird to the ground and use the time it's trapped to take apart its main weapon (the one on its chest). You should be able to weak the robot enough or even kill it if you do it 2-3 times.
In Forbidden West I don't remember usen the ropecaster much though.
i got the suit. it's a lifesaver.
grabbing weapons from the frozen wilds now then I'll continue the rest of the story.
