I'm kinda new to sriracha but in my experience it is an underrated addition to not just chicken but seafood as well. I had made pan seared mahimahi with a sriracha sauce base and some fine chopped garlic, shyt was

My mom never understood my love for hot sauce, but I like the extreme spiciness but also the variety of flavors the peppers provide. It just takes my cooking to a whole new level. I wonder if I can get them somewhere in Jersey.
