Any love for sriracha?

The real Hot Saucin'I thought this thread was about Philip Champion![]()
I done graduated from hot sauce to Cayenne Pepper tho

yeah my fam sends them from TNT whenever they can cause my mom makes homemade pepper sauce, either that or she goes to Queens and buys the imported peppers there.Does anyone have any experience with Trinidad Scorpion Peppers?
I think they are one of the hottest peppers ever.

I put that shyt on everything. I'm addicted to the stuff.I'm kinda new to sriracha but in my experience it is an underrated addition to not just chicken but seafood as well. I had made pan seared mahimahi with a sriracha sauce base and some fine chopped garlic, shyt was![]()

mind blowing and unbelievably hot, but damn good.
how I know? I'm 100% Trini and been eating spicy foods since I was conceived.![]()
in Jersey, I'm not sure... you're guess is as good as mine. but they do sell them online from various farmers. My mom never understood my love for hot sauce, but I like the extreme spiciness but also the variety of flavors the peppers provide. It just takes my cooking to a whole new level. I wonder if I can get them somewhere in Jersey.
