The subject if contention is what you mentioned, when teenage pubescent and post-pubescent minors are involved with adults, shyt gets muddled; attraction to teenagers who have physical bodies like adults isn't pedophilia. But I do think there's a moral obligation adults should know to uphold, but that's different than pedophilia. That moral standard should definitely be legally defined but it has to be updated, alot of laws are archaic...

I don't claim to know the right answers to all of this, I just think we should be careful to get this shyt right. Homeboy in OP violated because there is a moral standard on a man in his mid-20s or older luring a 15-year old. I think if that man was 19 or 20 just fire him because he was doing that shyt on his job, but don't charge him. But there's a window where the age gap is too great to allow fam to get away with it without criminal charges...

I also think minors who go to school in adult classes (universities or community colleges), and minors who work in predominately adult spaces, in this sense shouldn't be treated as minors if a consensual encounter with an adult occurs. You can't get a job most places until you're 16 so for the slow ones in here, I'm obviously referring to 16-17 year olds, who are mostly pubescent or post-pubescent, who work or are educated in mostly adult spaces, they will be attracted to what they are around. If you aren't around mostly teenagers you won't be attracted to mostly teenagers so an adult who deals with you shouldn't be treated as a predator---->if it's consensual...

Educators and employers and people in positions of power have a standard to uphold regardless of age. You can't fukk your employees whether they are 16, 26, or 36. You can't fukk your students whether they are 16, 26, or 36. It's an abuse of power period...
